What kind of adapter do I need for my iPhone?
If you have an iPhone 15 or newer, any cheap USB-C to SD Card reader will work perfectly (affiliate link). If you have an iPhone 14 or older, you will need a Lightning to SD Card Camera Reader (Apple's official one is great, but third-party ones work too).
Will this delete or mess up the data on my SD card?
Absolutely not. CPAP Analysis is strictly a "read-only" app. It looks at the files to generate your charts and stores them securely on your device, but it never alters or deletes the files on your physical card. Your data remains perfectly safe for your doctor.
Which CPAP machines are supported?
CPAP Analysis works with most ResMed machines. If you have a different manufacturer's machine, please get in touch – we'd love to hear from you.
Troubleshooting
My SD card isn't recognized
Check that your adapter is compatible with your iPhone model. For iPhone 15 and newer, use any USB-C SD card reader. For iPhone 14 and older, use a Lightning to SD Card reader (Apple's official adapter is most reliable). Make sure the SD card is fully inserted into the reader, then try disconnecting and reconnecting. If it still isn't recognized, try restarting your iPhone.
Import seems stuck or failed
Keep the SD card connected during the entire import — disconnecting it mid-import will cause a failure. If you're importing many months of data, it may take a moment to process. If the import fails, try again. If the problem persists, email us at [email protected] with details about what happened.
My data looks incorrect
CPAP Analysis reads exactly what your machine writes to the SD card. If values seem unexpected, check the date range you have selected. If the data is genuinely wrong, please email us at [email protected] with details about which values look incorrect and we'll investigate.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open CPAP Analysis and go to Settings, then tap your plan card to open the paywall. From there, tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. If it still doesn't restore, email us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
